Meet The Team
Ana Dražul
Founder & CEO
Ana is the founder of NomiEA and creator of a teaching method upon which the whole of our educational digital ecosystem is based. She is a multi-award-winning piano teacher and an expert in piano pedagogy, with 20 years of work experience with students of all ages. After her undergraduate studies at the Zagreb Academy of Music, she obtained a Master’s degree in Piano Performance at Accademia di Santa Cecilia di Bergamo, Italy.
Ivan Kodrnja
Financial advisor
Ivan is a highly experienced retail banking professional with over 10 years in customer relationship management, sales, and team leadership. He currently oversees the largest branch of one of Croatia’s top banks. His skill set includes client negotiations, evaluating lending potential and credit risk, conducting financial analyses, and providing financial consultations.
Katarina Jurić
Music Production
Katarina Jurić is a professional musician and winner of Porin, the Croatian National music awards in the category of Music production which is also her role in the NomiEA team. She works as a piano teacher, gives vocal coaching lessons and regularly performs and records as a backing vocalist in Croatia and abroad. She studied jazz singing, contemporary writing and production at Berklee College of Music in Boston, USA.
Jelica Kuzmin

Jelica Kuzmin is the winner of the annual award of the Croatian Association of Music Teachers for outstanding achievements in her work. She is a regular member of juries in national and international competitions. In 2004, she was elected by the Agency for Education to be the head of professional boards of piano teachers. In 2006, she was promoted to the professor-mentor teaching rank and, in 2008, to the rank of professor-counsellor.

After completing Zagreb and Indiana University in Bloomington performance-oriented programs, Caldarovic became a Teaching assistant at the University of Miami School of Music where he obtained a Master’s degree in Piano performance. He holds a position as the Full Professor at the Music Academy, Piano Department in Zagreb, Croatia. He records regularly for Croatian radio and TV, and has published two CD’s.

Marko researches, teaches, and writes on education, pedagogy, learning and teaching, curriculum design, and the European dimension in education. He works in the higher education sector as an associate professor in the educational sciences and researcher. As an entrepreneur, he is the CEO of ADACRON Consulting. In the NomiEA team, he is a consultant in creating scientific research and strategies related to the app.
